Their was plenty of pace injected into the race after he and jockey Jay Ford took up a prominent spot, allowing for a comfortable trail behind the speed and an unimpeded pathway out into the straight where the horse really dug in.
The 5YO gelding has sustained a long period of racing including a freshen-up since the beginning of the year and not been far away in his seven race efforts.
